If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, here’s how our return process works:

✅ Return Eligibility:

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

• Only damaged, defective, or incorrect products are eligible for return or exchange.
  
  

  Return & Refund Terms – Pickup Availability Based Policy

  In any case where you wish to initiate a return or request a refund, we will first attempt to arrange a return pickup from your location through our company’s logistics partner. This is to ensure that you do not face any inconvenience during the return process.

  However, in certain areas or specific pincodes, return pickup service may not be available.
  In such cases, you will be required to send the return parcel to our given return address using any courier service of your choice.

  Once the return parcel reaches our address, our team will inspect the product.
  After successful verification, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
  The entire return process (including transit time) usually takes 5–6 working days.

  Refund Deductions

  • If the return pickup is arranged by us (company pickup), a ₹400 deduction will be applied to your refund amount to cover shipping and handling charges.

  • If you choose to send the return parcel yourself (self-shipment), a ₹200 deduction will be applied.
    The courier charges you pay for sending the parcel are non-refundable.

  These deductions are necessary as we also bear various other operational costs, which are not charged to you separately.

❌ Non-returnable items:

• Customized or stitched products

• Sale/clearance items

• Accessories (if applicable)

🔄 Exchange Option:

• We offer size exchange or product exchange (same price range), based on availability.

• Exchange shipping is free on the first exchange.

💸 Refunds:

• For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.

• Prepaid order refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• The refund will be processed within "10" days, and the refund will be credited to the original payment method in "7" days

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

📦 How to Request a Return:

1. Contact us on WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of delivery.

2. Share your order number and issue (with photos if damaged).

3. Our team will arrange pickup or provide the return address.
